Corona

Welcome to Corona

The Circle City — where lemon groves became neighborhoods and the 91 freeway became a way of life.

The Story of Corona

Corona got its name from its shape — a circular boulevard, Grand Boulevard, originally ringed the city's citrus groves. It was built as an agricultural town, and the "Circle City" identity stuck.

As the IE grew, Corona became a bridge between Riverside County and Orange County. The 91 freeway turned it into one of the most commuter-heavy cities in the region, but it also brought growth, investment, and families.

Today, Corona is a suburban city with a strong sense of identity — youth sports, local restaurants, and a community that shows up for each other.
